Established in 2008, Block 15 aims to elevate excellence in the craft beer and beverage experience, measured by endless passion, curiosity, and drive for accessible brilliance. Our family includes our Corvallis Downtown Brewpub, South Corvallis Production Brewery, Winery, and Tap Room, Caves Restaurant, and craft distribution through the Pacific NW.

As a follow-up to the Selection Series Single Hop West Coast IPAs, we’ve created Selection Series: Confluenc. This beer unites our four favorite hop selections from the latest harvest—El Dorado, Mosaic, Strata, and Citra—into an artful blend, in our ultimate harvest celebration.
